Phil established AP Associates in 2009. Prior to consulting, Phil acquired over twenty years of experience in government and non-government organisations. He has held senior positions in the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority, the Transport Accident Commission, Victorian Department of Human Services and the Australian Sports Drug Agency.
Phil’s expertise covers a wide domain including client relationship management, health administration, health economics, quality improvement programs, market and social research, community education, medical indemnity insurance and risk management.
Phil’s formal qualifications include a BA (Hons) and MA from the Australian National University, as well as a Diploma in Frontline Management from the Mt Eliza Business School.
Annie has a unique skill set that combines clinical, educational and administrative expertise.
Annie began her career at Sydney’s Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) Hospital as a Registered Nurse (RN). She went on to complete a BA at the University of Canberra, majoring in Office Administration and Japanese. More recently, she obtained a Graduate Diploma in Critical Care - Emergency Nursing. Her clinical experience is in emergency nursing, surgical and sexual health. She has held nursing positions at Calvary Hospital Canberra, SaiSeki Public Hospital Tokyo, The Epworth and Cabrini Private Hospitals in Melbourne and the Melbourne Sexual Health Centre.
Annie’s administrative work includes research, report writing and data analysis at Amcor, the Australian Sports Drug Agency and the Australian Friendly Societies.
